Delete your account

This process closes your QrPerk account used across the QrPerk (customer) and QrPerk Business apps. We will email you a confirmation link before anything is closed.

Before you continue

  • If you own one or more places in QrPerk Business, delete those businesses in the app first. Account closure is blocked while you still own places.
  • After confirmation, you lose access to your account, login, and customer QR. You will no longer be able to earn or redeem rewards.
  • Points and visit history stay in merchant reports under an anonymised label (for example Deleted+1234) so their analytics are not broken — they can no longer identify you.

What we remove or make unusable

  • Your real name and email
  • Password / sign-in (including Google & Apple)
  • Address fields
  • Your usable customer QR code
  • Staff roles at any places
  • Ability to use the apps or redeem perks

What stays (non-identifying)

  • Internal user id
  • Display name like Deleted+{id}
  • Point / card history for merchant reports
  • Account creation time & country code (if stored)
  • Anonymised email placeholder
  • Stripe customer id (billing metadata), if any

Request deletion

Enter the email on your account. If it exists, we send a confirmation link (or instructions if you still own businesses).
